MAW provides an online site which can house all the descriptions, forms, SPDs and other benefit-related data that employees repeatedly seek from the HR department. Through this customized Web site, employees can find everything they want about the company’s benefit plans, with access 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from anywhere in the world. Among the materials available for review and download electronically are:

Customized Benefits Guides

We have the ability to create a customized guide for each employee that consolidates and simplifies all the benefit information that he or she looks for most often.

The user-friendly guide advises the employee of their medical, dental, vision, life/disability, and other benefit programs.  The guide focuses not only on exactly what they can expect to pay in deductibles/copays at the pharmacy, at the doctor’s office, at the hospital, etc., but also on employer-provided benefits to reinforce the value of the overall benefit package. Information from all carriers is organized in succinct fashion with clear, easy-to-understand information that will answer the great majority of employee questions that generally are directed to HR staff.

With heavier reliance on the Web site, employees consume less time talking with HR by phone or appointment. All forms can be downloaded from the Internet right to the employee’s desktop or home printer. Furthermore, when plan information changes, the information can be updated instantly in one location accessible to the entire workforce, without delays in distribution or the expense of reprinting.
