Our approach incorporates the use of analytical tools, from risk assessments and tailored loss-control strategies to traditional insurance products and alternative risk management structures and programs. In many ways, risk is interchangeable with capital; where appropriate, we recommend creative capital market solutions to solve certain "insurance" problems.

Our Birmingham headquarters serves the needs of a broad range of industries while our Pensacola office serves the diverse and growing needs of the gulf coast economy, including an emphasis on higher education and building & construction.

VALUE ADDED SUPPORT
In our continued effort to bring greater value to our clients, we have developed our own proprietary Service Calendar and Wellness Program. We’ve invested in powerful, Web-based analytical and claims tools such as FutureOffice®. And in 2006, we conducted our first seminar on crisis management and business resumption, partnering with leading experts and service providers in the field.
